02. Scope of Services

Fleet Fix Rescue provides nationwide mobile fleet support, roadside emergency assistance, advanced ECU diagnostics, and scheduled preventive maintenance operations. While we strive for rapid deployment times, dispatch arrivals can vary based on weather conditions, traffic disruptions, and geographic remoteness.

• Emergency Dispatch: Immediate field responses for commercial vehicle highway breakdowns and urgent mechanical failures.
• Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance tasks conducted at client-designated corporate yards or depot facilities.
• Parts & Repairs: Replacement components utilized are subject to manufacturer warranties and standard availability.

03. User & Client Responsibilities

When booking services or interacting with our mobile dispatch team, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle specifications, precise geographic location data, and clear descriptions of mechanical failures.
• Ensure safe, legal workspace access for our mobile service units on highways, private lots, or corporate hubs.
• Authorize standard service fees, labor costs, and diagnostic evaluations prior to major repair deployment.

04. Payment Terms & Billing

All emergency roadside calls, diagnostic sessions, and fleet maintenance contracts require prompt settlement in accordance with agreed-upon corporate billing terms or immediate on-site payment authorization. Failure to clear invoices may result in delayed future dispatches or secondary collection measures.

05. Limitation of Liability

Fleet Fix Rescue and its certified mobile technicians shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing mechanical wear, delayed dispatch arrival times caused by severe weather or highway blockages, or unverified vehicle data provided at the time of the service request.

06. Modifications & Inquiries

We retain the absolute right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without direct individual notice. Continued utilization of our web platforms or dispatch phone lines constitutes formal acceptance of those modified rules.
